How refunds work for LogNroll subscriptions and payments.

You may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of payment if the service materially does not match the description published on this website or in your order confirmation, subject to our reasonable verification.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where technically possible. Some payment providers may take additional business days to post funds.
