Public Offer Agreement

Effective date: September 4, 2026

This document is an official public offer (in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) made by the private entrepreneur (FOP) Vavreniuk Dmytro, tax ID (RNOKPP) 3148820558 (hereinafter the "Seller"), acting under the trade name LogNroll, to provide access to the LogNroll cloud software service (hereinafter the "Service") to any capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter the "User").

1. General Provisions

This offer becomes a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between the Seller and the User from the moment the User accepts it. The Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Acceptance of this offer is equivalent to concluding the Agreement in writing.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller grants the User access to the cloud SaaS Service described on the website lognroll.com: session replay, click heatmaps, error tracking, product analytics, and related features, in the scope of the plan selected by the User.

3. Acceptance of the offer

By registering an account at app.lognroll.com, using the Service, or paying for a plan, the User confirms full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment of acceptance. If the User does not agree with any part of this offer, they must stop using the Service.

4. Price and payment

Current plans and prices are published on the Pricing page and may be shown in USD or UAH. Payment is made using the methods offered during checkout. New accounts may receive a trial period as described on the Pricing page. The Seller does not charge for exceeding session limits without the User’s prior consent.

5. Provision of the Service

The Service is provided online (software as a service). After registration and, where applicable, payment confirmation, access to the selected plan is activated in the User’s account, typically within minutes. The User is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

The User agrees to provide accurate information, keep their account secure, use the Service lawfully, and not interfere with its operation or attempt to damage it. The Seller undertakes to make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational, to process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and to provide support within the scope of the selected plan.

7. Refunds

The User may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of payment if the Service materially does not match its published description, subject to the Seller’s verification. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible. This clause does not restrict the consumer rights granted to the User by the laws of Ukraine.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

10. Changes to the offer

The Seller may amend this offer by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the Service after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended offer.

11. Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Ukraine in accordance with the applicable law.
